Own Embody and Aeron — both give me back pain now. Looking for alternatives

I’ve had both the Embody and Aeron since 2019, loved them at first, but over time they’ve started giving me serious back pain. These days, I can’t sit in either for more than 30 minutes without discomfort. Yes, I’ve gone through all the adjustments and fine-tuning, but it feels like my seat preferences (and maybe posture) have changed over the years.

At work, I sit in a HON Nucleus, and I love it. Even asked the office manager if they had any extras or if I could buy one, but no luck there. Retails for $500

Funny enough, I even found the Staples Dexley pretty comfortable when I tried it out which is wild compared to what I spent on the Embody.

I saw that Costco carries the HON Ignition 2.0, and I’m seriously considering it. Anyone here have long-term experience with the Ignition 2.0? Or other suggestions for something similar to the Nucleus?

Would love any input. Back pain sucks.
