is Champ 3 2s and d3 1s good for 750ish hours?

Ive been playing since like s12. I quit for a few seasons and came back last season as a plat. So around 450+ of those hours are before I quit. Then last season i went from p1 to c1 and quit playing 2s. This season i hit d3 in 1s, then in 11 days after being champ 1 i went to champ 3. Then i got gc in to extra modes. is this good progress?
