Feeling lost after a breakup

My partner of 6 years ended things with me. I feel completely blind sided, he didn’t indicate there were any issues until he ended things. I thought I was going to marry this person and now my entire life was just ripped out from under me. I don’t know what to do or how to start healing. I’ve never felt so alone.
