Is this wrong?

You guys may have an opinion on this as drivers and I am very interested in hearing it. Wanna start off with I enjoy Grubhub they have been great but tonight rubbed me the wrong way. Ordered some food, driver went and got it seemed like all was well in the world. This driver proceeded to drive 30 miles in the opposite direction. I am sure they were delivering another order but coming to my house from that spot is a good 40 miles. They had my food in the cold AC car for over an hour and a half before arriving. Of course it was freezing cold and it made me think why take my order if your shooting off in the opposite direction that far. If you had to take my order why pick it up before hand so it can get cold. Obviously Grubhub wanted to send me a 5 dollar credit which seems unreal.
