Ps5 error

I was doing this side quest with the girl with the red ponytail and the people turning into dolls, and when I get to the cutscene of her betraying us and we pass out my game crashes and says ps5 error and to report or not to report, and Its just not working. I restarted my ps5 and it still doesn't work. I didn’t link my email to my account so if I download it on my iPad I’ll have to start over. any tips?
