Do any wrecks have pkg Sulfuric Acid/Alumina?

Per the title... at any of the wrecks does anyone remember if there's packaged Alumina or Sulfuric Acid?

I know there's packaged Fuel and Biofuel, but that's all I remember in terms of those.

On a related note, is there any way to get Fuel that doesn't involve extracting oil? I don't think there is? Fuel seems to only come from Crude or Heavy, and Heavy comes exclusively from Crude.
