How do I deliver stuff from the Philippines to the Netherlands

Problem/Goal: I have a girlfriend she was originally from the Philippines but she just moved to the Netherlands and she's been missing stuff from the Philippines and I wanna send her my stuff too incase she misses me whenever she's sad or what not. The problem is I don't know how. Is there any requirements to send stuff? Like ID, do I need to be 18+, what do I need? Is there someone who tried this? If so I need help.
