Is it like this?

Hi, today is my first month taking sertraline, for clarification I’ve started taking it due to let’s Call it “mood swings”, usually I was very explosive around people and would get into fights with my wife for the tiniest thing and after realizing I couldn’t change my behavior alone, saw a psychiatrist and got this for treatment.

So far I feel exactly like the same but feel that it’s been good, it’s more difficult for me to just explode, it’s like I’m more relaxed.

Is it like this forever?
