Should I give my rabbit space?

I recently asked on whether my bun even likes me even if he keeps on licking me. Now his licks have turned into nibbling which while not enough to draw blood is a bit startling. It doesn't help that like before g digs on my chest and bites my shirt (sometimes throught it) eachtime I try to hold him laying down or standing up. Even if my other bun who was more welcoming to touch has also started to be a bit picky about being touched doing the same. Am I doing sometimes wrong? I haven't changed anything in the way I pick them up or treat them but I've started giving my touch repellent bun some space but I don't want him to feel left out since i prefer holding my other rabbit.
