Are there any compounding pharmacies that will start me on a full dose of Saxenda?

I was prescribed Saxenda for two years on max strength. Even though my script ran out last year, I had a lot of extra pens. Dose 2.7.

I let myself plateau for more than a year then I just got through the last two months doing 2.7. Now I want to get it from a compounding pharmacy, but I’m worried they’ll start me on the lowest dose for legal/liability reasons… is that true?

Can anyone advise?
