(AUSTRALIA) Reset my Password leads to a blank web page

When logging on to check my shifts for the week I noticed that it said my password was gonna expire in a few days. So naturally I clicked change now so I won't have to deal with this in the future only for it to lead me to a blank/unloading page. is it just taking forever to load? do I need to contact my manger to get this sorted out? would really appreciate any help here
