Got offered 33.5k OTD for a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring in LA

As title states, after a few weeks of negotiating with different dealers in LA i found one that is willing to go down to $33.5k OTD with all fees and taxes included in Los Angeles. Should I go for it?
