2009 subaru forester

Been in the market for a daily commuter, one i can drive to and from work, run errands, etc. Primarily, I’ve been looking for a honda or toyota but recently started to branch out. I found a 2009 subaru forester with the 2.5.

Guy is selling for $2,500 and it has 190k miles. He told me the timing belt was changed at 120k, regular oil changes and maintenance every 3-4k miles.

He doesn’t know about the head gaskets. I’ve read that these subarus need HG changes once they hit a certain mileage. At this price should I pull the trigger or look elsewhere?
