If anyone ever had what looked like oily or shiny swirly pee please chime in

I keep reading and reading and can't find any answers. Read chyluria and saw many other posts here that never came back to update. I've been experiencing this for months. I quit all my supplements just in case but no it hasn't stoped. I do get pain on my left side under rib but all they say is that it is because that is where I hsd my shingles last yr. I had my yearly physical, cbc, ctscan, urinalysis. Nothing abnormal. I am so lost. My anxiety keeps growing.
