the 1975 on love island?!

Im watching the UK season 3 love island and they played somebody else 😭😂 Im curious if the band every acknowledged this. I feel like they would have opinions on them using the song but idk what they would be?

If they haven’t acknowledged it - how do you think they would have reacted?
