Pre-pharm to premed

Hello I am a pre-pharmacy student looking to switch over to premed but I feel like I am retarded and I don’t know if I can succeed. Would be glad if someone could guide me. I have made mistakes in the pharmacy, not minor mistakes but mistakes that could get the pharmacist’s license suspended and I’m afraid I will make even worse mistakes as a doctor.
