How should we address the inherent conflict between sexual freedom and deterrence?
Feminists often complain about low conviction rates for sexual assault and rape. But then they also want to legalize anything that a prosecutor might have half a chance of proving beyond reasonable doubt. Then they complain about low conviction rates. Then they propose ways to undermine due process.
So my question. How do feminists propose addressing the inherent conflict between sexual freedom and sexual deterrence in the law?
