Anywhere I can meet fellow alternative ppl aside from bars

I hate loud environments where I can't even talk to anyone bc of music, plus I am not a wild party person and it feels like everyone at bars/clubs is like that and everyone seems very shallow. I moved here recently and want to meet ppl who share my culture/interests but the "scene" is not my vibe at all
