Slacker Boob Leaks More

I have a definite slacker boob - literally one side produces up to 5 x’s more than the other. Baby is gaining weight and has plenty of wet diapers so pediatrician/lactation specialist agree it’s fine.

However, my slacker side leaks a ton! While she’s feeding on the other side, my slacker boob will get my clothes/her clothes soaking wet, and I frequently find my bra is soaked on that side if I don’t wear a pad.

Is there milk trapped or something that I’m not getting out? I don’t have any pain or anything like that, and pump 3-4 times a day (both sides). She is breastfed only with an occasional pumped bottle.
