Wheels fitment

Alright so I have 2006 Ford Mustang, I have 255/40R19 tires currently mounted on 19x8.5 wheels with a +30mm offset. I’m thinking about switching to 19x9.5 Aodhan DS06 wheels with a +22mm offset. Will my current 255/40R19 tires fit on the 9.5” width safely? Also, how noticeable is the difference between a +30mm and +22mm offset
