Where do I even start?

I have nothing in my name, no family or friends close by, relationship has gone down hill. Where do I even start? Even the phone I have is in his name not mine, unfortunately I given him all this paper I guess you could say, silly of me I know. I don’t want to go back to where my family is because they are hours and hours away and it will be basically taking the kids away from their father and that’s not fair on him or the children. I want to get my own place but I have nothing
