Uk workers on AW

I have been using the AW app for a few years now but yesterday was the first time put a bid in on a reverse bookings. The guy was offering a week all inclusive holiday in Europe. He got in touch with me today and told me I was “shortlisted” as he had over 70 bids he was an interview process. He explained to me that first we would have a naughty video chat and if that went well then we would meet in person to see if we were “compatible”. When I asked him if he was willing to pay a deposit for the meet he said no. So basically he wanted these services for free and he might still not pick me for this trip. This all seemed very suspect to me. I checked his profile and he only had 5 reviews on there just from this year and 4 was just from camming. Even though he claimed he had been taking girls away for years. Is this guy insane? Is any of our lovely ladies falling for this?
