Cant Join Any ASA Server - Locked Out For Days, Wildcard Silent

I haven’t been able to join any online server in ARK: Survival Ascended for several days now. Not Official, not Small Tribes, not Unofficial — nothing works. I’m completely locked out of the game outside of single-player.

This isn’t a ban, it’s not account-specific, and it’s not on my end. I’ve spent over 30 hours trying to fix this. Here’s everything I’ve done so far:

Reinstalled the game from scratch

Rebuilt PS5 database in Safe Mode

Cleared and reset MAC address

Changed DNS (Google/OpenDNS/Cloudflare)

Tried multiple accounts — issue persists across all

Played using mobile hotspot with and without VPN

Plugged directly into AT&T modem (bypassed router entirely)

Set static IP, forwarded all required ports manually

Disabled firewall, DoS protection, IPv6

UPnP enabled, NAT Type confirmed as open

Tried different MTU settings

Rebooted modem/router dozens of times

Switched between LAN and Wi-Fi

Confirmed other online games and streaming apps work fine

At this point, the ONLY thing that works is single-player. No servers ever load — it just hangs or times out. No error messages, no feedback.

I submitted a ticket days ago — no response. I posted publicly on Twitter/X and tagged @survivetheark — still nothing.

I’ve invested a ridiculous amount of time into this game. And now I can’t even access it. I’ve done more troubleshooting than Wildcard will probably ever do, and I want answers.
