Buds 2 keep disconnecting

Both pair of my buds 2 keep stuttering really bad and disconnecting on s23 galaxy ultra.

Its not happening on my laptop.

I've tried changing a bunch of different settings - bluetooth audio codec, Bluetooth avrcp version, etc.

Nothing is working.

Has anyone found a solution to this annoying ass problem?
