Human Resources?

I worked at Pizza Hut as a driver for about 6 months. I loved it, I did really well at my job, worked hard. Suddenly my hours got cut unexpectedly. We lost our manager a few months ago, and it has been crazy ever since. Not really sure who's in charge from day to day. We're running out of everything, we're losing customers like crazy, there's no organization right now. It's my understanding that we will be getting a manager soon she will be great, but in the meantime my hours got cut down to one day a week from 3. I asked the person that currently does the scheduling why, what had happened? I didn't get an answer. Soon after I got a message on our group chat from one of the shift leaders saying not to talk to that person personally and that if we had any questions we had to go through the shift leaders. Okay great. So I asked the shift leaders what happened with my time? None of them knew. Of course they didn't, they didn't do the schedule. When the person that did the schedule explained to them what she had done with my hours, none of them could understand what was going on either. I checked the schedule again days later, at the request of one of the shift leads, and realize that not only did my days get cut, but I got put on driver #2 on the day that I was supposed to work. We never need a driver #2 on Wednesdays! I guess I'm cross-trained as a server, but there were plenty of other people on the schedule. The other options were covered. And I'm a driver anyway, I've only ever done driving since I've worked there. So again, I went to the person that did the schedule. I explained to her that I really needed these hours, that I depend on them for my household budget. I'm not a teenager who can afford to take whatever they can get, I have been set in these hours for many months, because I went back to my second job which is very seasonal. She fired me. Her reasoning was that I didn't go through the shift leads and I was told not to talk to her about any problems that I had. I loved working at Pizza hut. I loved my job, I love the customers, and I was really looking forward to our location doing better once we got our manager situation worked out. I would really like to appeal this decision. How do I do that? Does anyone know how to get a hold of Pizza Hut corporate HR department?
