Is the area around Besòs Mar station safe?

I (20F) am moving to Barcelona for school and one of the student apartments I am considering renting is right near the besòs mar station and i was wondering if it is an ok neighborhood or what the vibes are. I like to run outside so that being safe to do near where I live is nice. Thanks :)
