Is my wife Pregnant?

She said her breasts haven’t hurt like this before—says they grew ‘wider’, she’s been feeling tired lately, and she’s 1 week late.. she also feels pains around her left.. maybe uterus(?)… she’s also been craving soo many things at the same time. She just tested— and a second line was very faint, but we’re still not convinced and she’s going to take another test heresoon. We’re noobs at this.
