Someone's profile pic popping up on my homescreen

Hey, I have an irritating issue XD. I think I might have accidentally bumped something bc now, whenever somebody (Ive only seen it on one of my contacts) types when I'm not in the app, I see their profile pic appear on my homescreen. I'd like to stop it as it's really irritating. Does anybody know what this is or how I get rid of it? Tysm!!!
