Go Bravo, can it be used to resolve debts?

I have some credit cards that are almost maxed out, they are like 250k pesos, I got an ad from that page, “Go Bravo” that helps you solve by paying less, approximately 60% of the total debt, but does it affect the credit bureau score? Has anyone gotten out of debt with them? What recommendations do you give me?
