Nice vegetarian restaurant for two around ~7,000 thb total?

I’ve never really partaken in any fine dining but I would love to take my girlfriend to a nice restaurant. We’re humble folk who normally cook for ourselves and we’ve worked a lot recently to enjoy this vacation. Both vegetarian.

I’m not really married to a michelin star restaurant or anything. But maybe a food tour makes more sense? I just want to have a wild time and trip out on incredible flavors and compositions.
