Out of breath??

Guys. I’m only 7 weeks, why am I so out of breath?? lol! I was not in great shape to start with, but could confidently walk quite a few good miles without getting tired and no shortness of breath. I mean it’s just walking! But now I am huffing a quarter mile in lol so out of breath!
