How exactly does Israel strike Iran?

Israel Conflict

A few days ago, the news was Israel struck Iran with about 200 military aircraft. The distance from Israel to the closest point in Iran is about a thousand kilometers, so they obviously launch a lot of the missiles from somewhere close to the Iranian border.

But how exactly do they get there? Do they just tell the Jordanians and Iraqis that they will be flying over their territory, and that it is likely better if they don't try to interfere?

Or maybe even fly over northern Saudi Arabia, and the Saudis just stay silent about it because it's not like they want Iran to have nukes?
