Help your low elo friend post re-work

Hoping someone can clarify a few questions about our girl post rework. I climbed out of iron with Vi and moving towards silver.

1. Do we now max W or E first? Does the enemy team comp change this? Eg. Maxing W first in a tank heavy comp.

2. Are people finding success with Trinity or sundered first? And again, would team comp change this for you.

3. Do you think post re-work vi puts a slight handicap on us at low elo? I know if you’re good enough you still climb and can do that with any champ. But the nerfs seem pretty heavy and I want to invest my time in a champ that will reward effort as much as possible.
