*Pre-Act 3 spoilers* This idea was introduced to me after I beat the game and it changed everything about how I listen to the OST.

Spoiler

The idea is simple but grew more and more as I listened to the tracks and finished the game. The idea that each instrument represents a character. For example (this is just my interpretation), violin representing Maelle, Piano representing Gustave and>!Verso!<, choir representing the people of the world/Lumiere, cello/viola representing>!Renoir!<and>!The Curator!<(who are similar but different), vocals representing>!Aline,!<always at the front of everything insisting their voice is heard>!with special exceptions where vocals also represent Renoir fighting for his voice to be heard!<, and drums/synth representing>!Clea!<that is always present with the influence they left in the world.

Going and listening to how the instrumentation interacts with each other considering for yourself who the instruments might represent in the tracks. It's unlocked so much more depth and meaning and beauty behind Lorien's genius compositions.
