Can I use cheat engine or some other mod to remove relics from Nightreign?

I downloaded the Free Reign mod to practice bosses for RL1 and after beating Gladius at RL1 I got his relic again. I really don't want to have 2 of his relic but I can't sell it. Is there a way to get rid of it?
