Bug event boosted me to insight 97... no idea what to do now

The bug event boosted my warrior from 61 to 97. I'm out of my depth and have no idea how to catch my gear up, how to get the next 2 levels, or what I should be doing.

My stats are good and I have a master set in my bank, I just need to get 2 more levels so I can master and I have no idea how. This is pretty overwhelming :X
