Snakebite piercing leaking help

Hey,

So i got my snakebites pierced maybe about 5 months ago, and 4 days ago I changed them to rings (horseshoe).

Today my left one leaked a bit of clear discharge and is very slightly swollen.

I don’t think I did anything to hit it, but of course with a ring I have been slightly adjusting it and moving it.

Should I be worried? or is this generally expected?
