Ran out of adderall...

Hey I ran out of adderall while in Pakistan. It's gonna take a month to refill my prescription and have it sent over. I tried to find other alternatives locally and all I found was meth but I kept getting ripped off when trying to by it. If anyone has any experience importing medications or buying local alternatives like what they call "jago" or "hard" here, comment below or reach out...

I got scammed a few times already so I'm trying to be extra careful. Is there some place I can go and just find these things like a special market? Someone mentioned data darbar... My adhd is pretty bad, any help would be greatly appreciated.
