Typing Newbie Hit 150 WPM, Worth Getting Real Keyboard?

I recently started typing for fun out of boredom. I was already around 100 WPM, and after learning proper technique on Keybr, I can now hit ~150 WPM semi-regularly on Monkeytype.

The issue is my raw WPM is also stuck around 150, so I feel like I’ve hit a speed cap. I’ll keep practicing, but I’m also wondering: would switching from my current $20 Logitech keyboard to a better one help me type faster?

I’m heading to Japan soon as well, so I was wondering if there are any good, relatively cheap keyboards I could look at there?
