What mods conflict with the Small Businesses Tattoo Table?

Every time I open the tattoo business I select “tend tattoo table” and nothing happens. Then when I select customers to offer, they come to the table lie down and my sim doesn’t even get the gun out they immediately sit up and walk away and my sim hasn’t completed a single tattoo.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have a lot of mods but I can’t find any information about conflicting ones with the tattooing table with the small businesses. Any ideas?
