Advice on mom (41) traveling / vacation with teen 13 and on her cycle.

This is random advice needed. But I’m stressing. I’m 41. My daughter is super excited to go on our vacation. She’s 13. Our time going to the west coast (San Diego) her first time flying. Her period came 10 days early, now I’m projecting she will be on her cycle for vacation. 😢 My momma heart hurts. I have AWFUL periods so maybe I’m being dramatic. I would not want to be on vacation on my period (days 1-2 are hell for me, I take pain killers) She has mild cramps, moderate bleeding for 7 days. Refuses to try tampons. Is it dramatic for me to look into re-scheduling our vacation? It’s a lot to adjust. This is a first for me. Or do you just go on the vacation and deal. I’m torn 50/50. Thousands of dollars I just want her to enjoy it.
