Disconnecting constantly

Anyone else disconnect from 90% of expeditions? My friend disconnects at least 3 times every expedition and is always under leveled. This happens every time we play but only to him. It’s not his internet, he is perfectly fine on every other game and never has issues. But somehow myself and the other person never have an issue.

Anyone relate?
