Instancart motor vehicle Report

Guys, help me! I registered on Instancart Shopper but the background check is complete! But there is a problem with the Motor Vehicle Report. Instancart won't continue until I fix this. I really need someone to help me. Is there a solution? Thank you very much to the entire community!
