Return to work?

Hey y'all! Just had my open wound surgery on the 6th of this month. Wound is about 2 inches deep and 1 inch wide. When can I return to my job as a busser/Barback? I also am curious about working out; muay thai, running, and weightlifting. Thanks a ton ❤️
