Preventing save corruption

Hello!! I'm currently trying to rebuild all the worlds in the sims, and I'm very worried about losing my save. I manually back them up every three days and upload my builds and households so that I would only lose gameplay, not creations if anything should happen

My build style is very cluttered so I am a little concerned.The only additions I have are MCCC (only set to prevent culling and aging) and home regions, and I don't intend on downloading any more. I heard there are some tools to detect corruption, and I would love to hear about anyone's experiences with those.

I'm not sure how relevant the rest of this is:

1. I'm not sure if timing has anything to do with the issue, but I never make more than one lot or household in a day
2. I don't have too many packs, but I do have many expansions.
