HELPPP I CAN'T SEND VIP ITEMS TO VIP USERS

I'm on msp mobile, I was in the middle of a trade with this really sweet girl and she sent me shoes for a vip ticket. I went to send the ticket, guess what?? Didn't work. I said screw it, I don't wanna waste her time, so I went to go send it back and msp just says "cannot send vip item" or wtv even tho SHES LITERALLY VIP. Please tell me yall have a solution asap, I don't wanna keep her waiting and I don't want her thinking I'm a scammer, she was so sweet and understanding too :(
