I sympathize with the "bad guys" in the show.

When Bernard told Juliette that he took no pleasure in doing what he was doing to her, I believed he was sincere. The threat of rebellion is so real and destructive that it makes perfect sense why Bernard and Judicial make the decisions they do. I don't agree with their methods per say, but I believe that their motives are in line with protecting the silo and the people within it at all costs.
