Tremor vs Focal Seizure

Im going crazy. My brain has, for lack of a better description, felt different since March. I had a bad paralysis episode, almost an hour unable to move anything save my eyes, and I noticed myself zoning out, like disassociation, but when I recognized what was happening, I couldn't come back for a hot minute. Then while at a dance recital for a friend tonight, I kinda felt something coming. I assumed it was my headache (im going on a two month long migraine), but then my leg started shaking. I've had tremors before, and they last a minute or two. This one held for a little longer, but hurt more. Then I noticed my brain couldn't think anymore. Just really confused. My friend in the crowd ushered for us to sneak out, and when we did, I had a drop attack. But my brain was just REALLY confused and out of it. My breathing was fast, and I just couldn't seem to focus right. Like, I was aware things were happening, but almost like a dreamstate vibe.

Im honestly scared to go to the doc. They'd take me seriously, but if it isn't something they can find... I really can't deal with more "i dunno's" right now.
