idk what to do

as my daughter hit 2yo, she’s now 3, she sometimes has a tantrum here and there. my dad gets furious about them and constantly harasses me to stop her and comes to her directly sometimes and tells her to stop or gives death stare until she stops, (we live with my parents.) i absolutely cannot stand this and selfishly just had a newborn too which he doesn’t care her crying only when it’s a toddler. do i go to a homeless shelter and then maybe get bedbugs? help ):
