Will my boobs always be saggy lol

I didn’t even breastfeed that long. About 2.5 months. Had to stop for a multitude of reasons. I was very small chested before pregnancy. Barely 32b. Then they got bigger with pregnancy (even got stretch marks all around my nipples in the third tri). Now since several weeks have passed since stopping they are not only back to being small but they are saggier. Will the fat redistribute and they’ll be less saggy?
